Refund policy

We cannot accept returns or exchanges at this time. We can, however, send a replacement if there are any issues with your order up to 7 days after the order is received. Slight discoloration, melting, and freezing are all normal, as all ingredients are natural and skincare products are made to order. For any other issues or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me at bonnie@thisstuffgoesbad.com with a description and photo of the issue.
